Tennis Courts Malaysia

Playing at a condominium tennis court

How invited guests play at Malaysian condominium courts, and what to expect at the guardhouse.

Many condominiums in Malaysia have their own tennis courts. They are private: only residents and the guests they invite can play.

If a resident invites you

  • The resident books the court through building management or the residents’ app. Guests cannot book directly.
  • Register at the guardhouse when you arrive. Have your IC or passport ready, and give the unit number and resident’s name you are visiting.
  • Follow the house rules. Courts often have booking limits, guest limits and quiet hours.

Please don’t

  • Try to enter or book without a resident.
  • Contact building management to ask for court access as an outsider.

We list condominium courts so residents, invited guests and people choosing a home know what courts are there. We never publish residents’ or management contact details.
